Twyla MacDougall

Twyla MacDougall believes in fostering innovative thinking and working collaboratively to meet SCN’s strategic goals and to serve the public good. Twyla has worked at SCN for over 15 years in various capacities entering her most recent role as President and CEO in March 2008.

These years of experience combined with her acquired industry knowledge, formal education, CMA designation and Bachelor of Administration Degree from the University of Regina, and local volunteer activities have contributed to Twyla’s strengths of strong financial management, strategic leadership and effective interpersonal skills.
