Why Should You Take A Course Via SCN's LIVE Satellite Network?

You can take a university or SIAST course without having to travel to a main campus in Saskatoon, Regina or Moose Jaw! A variety of courses are offered every year by the University of Saskatchewan, University of Regina, and SIAST.

SCN also delivers K-12 credit classes throughout the province. All registrations for K-12 classes are process by the Saskatchewan Government Correspondence School. Please contact:

As a student in a televised course, you will meet at a local SCN receiving site at the designated time to view a televised presentation, participate in local and televised discussions, and interact with your course instructor and other students throughout the province. Many of the courses can be transferred for credit from one institution to another. Depending on your area of study, you may be able to combine classes from different institutions to fit your program. SCN also supports classes in a variety of other formats including home study, audio conference and on-line delivery. Check with your local university or regional college for availability.
